The Allegretto wave excimer laser system is the fastest and most precise laser system for vision correction available in the U.S. The laser employs what is called "Perfect Pulse Technology" to safely and accurately control every single laser pulse from start to finish.
The Allegretto Wavelight laser system is approved by the US FDA. This system was developed more recently than other vision correcting lasers, including the Visx, LADAR, and Technolas lasers. Making it safer in design and technique! This excimer laser incorporates an up to date tracking system with accurate laser beams complete with built in wavefront optimization. This new generation of refractive technology allows our patients to achieve exceptional visual results under most lighting situations, day and night.
The Wavelight offers the ability to treat a very wide range of nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism.
